Born in 1973 when three Italian brothers began manufacturing roll cages and accessories for their racecars, OMP now manufactures over 4,500 items at its 80,000-square-foot facility in Genova, Italy. This year, OMP introduced its Vintage line, which pays homage to the racing days of its founders and combines classic style with modern comfort. The open-faced Ghibli driving helmet ($499) has a composite shell and fire-retardant knit lining. Predrilled for Hans device clips, the helmet comes in ivory with a black peak or light blue with a white peak. The Carrera boots ($299) are made of ultrasoft leather and have a high-sensitivity sole for enhanced performance. The Dijon glove ($139, not pictured) uses a fire-resistant material as well as brown suede on the palms, while the leather Tazio driving glove ($69) has a layer of fishnet fabric on the topside.
