LOCATION: Within Peninsula de Estrellas, a guard-gated community with seven oceanfront villas in Careyes, which is about two and a half hours south of Puerto Vallarta on Mexico’s Pacific coast. The secluded region has attracted second-home buyers such as singer Seal, polo player Nick Clarke and aerospace magnate Chris Tribull.
