Lindland's Cordarounds
Tired of the same old vertically patterned corduroy trousers? The world’s largest manufacturer of horizontal corduroy, Lindland’s, is bringing a new kind of cords to the people. The goal behind the design, says company founder Chris Lindland, is to produce an “aerodynamic corduroy pant” that also lowers the wearer’s heat index.

Designed to fit loosely, Lindland’s Cordarounds feature a straight leg cut with a slight flare, a flat front (no pleats), and a 19-inch leg opening. This style also has oversize two-and-a-half-inch belt loops to accommodate wider belts. Cordarounds are available in several hues, all sporting colorfully patterned pockets and lining, for $88.

New to Lindland’s line are Summerounds—horizontally patterned seersucker pants. Casual yet classic, this style follows Lindland’s “parallel to the street” design vision and is available in blue with burnt orange pockets or tan with crimson pockets for $77.
