MICRO FIBER CLOTHS MICRO
Drying a car off after a wash carries the inherent danger of marring the paint in some way, and many a father has trained his son in the art of avoiding those minor swirling scratch patterns. It’s something Griot’s Micro Fiber Drying Cloths helps avoid altogether. The weave absorbs water while lessening friction, and each cloth measures a generous 16 by 16 inches. A set of six towels costs $30.

FACOM TOOL KIT
Facom and Ferrari have a long-standing relationship that produces exceptional tool kits for enthusiasts. This compact, portable set will not take up too much space in the trunk and includes locking multigrip pliers; combination wrenches; a magnetic-tip, bit-holding screwdriver; and a ratchet. Ferrari’s prancing horse adorns the case, which is finished in black nickel. Even if you don’t drive a Ferrari, the $299 set might prove irresistible. (Click image to enlarge)

PILOTI DRIVING SHOES
These driving shoes were designed specifically for people who prefer a more low-key look than driving shoes typically provide. Inspired by classic racing style of the 1960s, the shoes have a heel, a toe, and sides of soft pigskin leather, and the tongue, toe cover, and liner are made of breathable mesh. The rubber sole is patterned after vintage Dunlop racing tires. The shoes come with both white and black laces and sell for $75. (Click image to enlarge)

STEEL AND COPPER RACECAR
Measuring 10 inches in length and 4 inches in height, these steel-and-copper sculptures reflect an admiration for exceptional automobiles. They weigh over 2 lbs. and have been a favorite gift with Griot’s Garage customers. Imported from Germany, the sculptures cost $100 each. (Click image to enlarge)
