Cami Terrawind 2007

January 1, 2007

When the road ends at the shore of a waterway, the driver of a CAMI TerraWind ultraluxury motorcoach becomes, with a shift from highway to marine transmission, the captain of a houseboat.

The sturdy aluminum hull and composite body contain every amenity needed for gracious, comfortable living, all executed in high-quality materials. A Kenwood audio system and satellite TV provide entertainment, while auto-leveling Neway air suspension smoothes out the highway ride. A low center of gravity and carefully designed hull give the TerraWind comparable stability on the water. While in the water, slide-out sections on either side of the TerraWind expand its usable space, and there are a full 88 inches of headroom provided within its 150-inch-high profile. A six-foot platform lowers from the rear for diving or sunbathing. A revised version of the TerraWind is expected to offer separate power plants for road and marine use, dual rear axles, and an additional three feet of overall length.
